The legend
How Jack found Friends
Every October, one pumpkin in the patch grows a little rounder and a little more curious than the rest. Last year, that was Jack.
He rolled into downtown Elkhorn on a chilly morning, following a smell he couldn't name — cinnamon, clove, and something sweet. He bumped up against the front door of 11 N. Wisconsin Street just as the barista was steaming milk for the first chai of the day.
Nobody knows exactly how a pumpkin ended up behind the bar. But the next morning, the chai tasted different. Warmer. Deeper. A little bit… pumpkin. Jack had found his calling.
Now he glows on the counter every October, making sure every Jack-O'-Chai gets just enough of the good stuff. If you hear a soft giggle while you sip, that's him.
“If you love our chai, you NEED to try me.”
